The Flexcell 20 New Generation incorporates the very latest technology. The Luxury Quilted cover maintains the premium feel whilst the multi-layer internal core indulges the sleeper in absolute comfort and support.
 

Like all Flexcell mattresses the foam core is manufactured using only premium grade foam from Vitafoam, the UK's largest producer of block foam. 
 

Flexcell mattresses are manufactured by Breasley Consumer Products Ltd. Breasley are the largest independent foam converter in the UK boasting a history stretching back over 30 years.
 

At the heart of the Flexcell 20 New Generation is the multi-layer laminated foam core which combines the pressure relieving qualities of memory foam with the support of a high density Reflex foam base layer.

The 2cm top layer of super soft visco elastic memory foam offers the ultimate in pressure relief and comfort. The 7cm deep second layer of 55kg/m3 visco elastic memory foam moulds and contours to the sleeper's individual bodyshape, distributing the bodyweight evenly. This even distribution of weight eliminates pressure points resulting in a much more comfortable and relaxed sleeping experience. 
 

The top two layers are then laminated to the high density castellated base layer creating a full 20cm deep mattress core. The combination of the three layers of foam provides additional luxury and comfort, but equally important they allow areas such as the hips and shoulders to sink into the mattress retaining the correct posture.
 

The combination of visco elastic and high density Reflex foam retain the body's correct posture avoiding unnecessary pressure on the vertebrae and soft tissue of the spine and lower back. This reduces the chance of waking up with a sore back and increases the chances of an uninterrupted nights sleep.
